Lightweight Tapping Screws

ALtracs® Plus screws are thread-forming fasteners developed for maximum
strength values in light alloy assemblies and other non-ferrous metals such as
zinc, copper or brass. The ALtracs® Plus is designed for direct assembly into
cast holes. Compared to metric screws significant cost savings can be realized
because the number of work steps is reduced (e.g. thread cutting).
